In overall, everything exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the hosts were amazing! They took care of us as we were their family. We had some unexpected issues that happened during our trip and they helped us solving them. Villa Kampanel is such a beautiful building and our apartment was very modern, nice, comphy and clean. We have stayed for full 2 weeks over there and were very sad when leaving. Primosten as a city was wonderful and the overall experience was so great that we are coming back for sure. We warmly recommend Villa Kampanel to everyone! And as for the hosts, they are the best we have met so far! Cannot wait to come back!

Everything was excellent!!! The apartment was extremely new and clean — it is obvious that it has just been renovated, both the apartment and the house itself. It was very well furnished, and the kitchen had everything one might need: lots of pots, plates, cups, glasses, and all kinds of utensils. Literally everything. You can tell that the owner of Villa Kampanel has put a lot of thought into details to make guests feel as comfortable as possible.
The owner got in touch with us in advance and gave us very clear instructions with pictures on how to find the villa, where to park our car, where to get the keys, and so on. It really did feel like our home during those short 9 days we stayed there.
The walk to the beach took only 10 minutes. There are at least 2 small grocery stores within a 5-minute walk, and a bunch of bakeries nearby. The Wi-Fi connection was impeccable too. We definitely recommend it!!!

Villa Kampanel pleasantly surprised us from the very beginning. Upon entering our apartment, we immediately noticed the exceptional cleanliness; everything is freshly renovated and nicely decorated. The spacious bathroom, the huge and comfortable bed in the bedroom, and the well-equipped kitchen. We also liked the charming balcony with a view of the garden. The hosts often checked in to see if everything was alright and if we needed anything. On request, we received an iron and a large clothes dryer. The apartment had plenty of towels, which were replaced with fresh ones during our stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts put a lot of heart and effort into making the stay at Villa Kampanel as pleasant as possible. In the fridge, we found excellent welcome rakija, juice, water, and a souvenir soap on the table. It’s worth mentioning that the air conditioning worked flawlessly. Thanks to the kindness of the hosts, we could visit the apartment on the top floor, which offers a view of the entire Primošten. The hosts are very kind and family-oriented people. If we have the opportunity, we will see you next year!

The apartment is located close to the beaches, shops, and bakery. It is fully equipped, both the kitchen and the bathroom, and very clean, without any complaints. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning works flawlessly. The owners are very helpful and kind. It was an unforgettable stay, and we will definitely return to Villa Kampanel.

We have been coming to Primošten for over 20 years, and we finally found the perfect accommodation! The beautiful, newly renovated Villa Kampanel is a true Mediterranean experience. Everything is new and impeccably clean, the apartment is perfectly equipped and decorated with marine details. Everything is spacious enough for a family with a child. The nearest beach is only a 5-minute walk, and Raduča is about 10 minutes away. There is also a shop and a bakery nearby where we bought everything for breakfast. Overall, great, and we will come again!
